Shipping to: United States Only

1. Order Processing Time


All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. national holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Method & Delivery Time


  • We use standard shipping for all U.S. orders.
  • Average delivery time: 7~15 business days after the order is shipped.

    Delivery times may vary slightly due to carrier delays, weather, or local logistics.

3. Shipping Cost & Free Shipping


  • Standard shipping fee is calculated automatically at checkout based on the order’s weight and size.
  • Free standard shipping is available for all orders over $100 (subtotal before tax).

4. Order Tracking


Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can track your package using the link provided or directly on the carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Address


We only ship to physical addresses within the United States.

We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages


  • Damaged items: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and damaged product. We will assist with a replacement or refund.
  • Lost or missing packages: Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will help you file a claim with the shipping carrier.

7. Customs & Taxes


All orders are shipped within the United States. No customs, duties, or import taxes apply.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations


You may request to cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it.

Once the order has been shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
